If you are interested in other avenues to get involved in science, or even to just learn more about a specific topic, please consider this ever-growing list of resources.

• The West Georgia Youth Science & Technology Consortium has opportunities monthly for kids to participate in hands-on science. Open to school-aged.
• The University of West Georgia Observatory offers monthly events to view the night sky and learn more about astronomy. Open to all ages.
• The West Georgia Chapter of Georgia Native Plant Society holds monthly events that are often relevant to all ages.
